So typical of a classic Pinot Noir, our 2012 Pinot Noir grapes were harvested early in the morning to capture the fresh fruit snap. The grapes were then crushed, chilled and cold soaked for 48hrs. After fermentation the young wine was gently pressed from the skins and transferred to oak for 6-9 months. Tasting Note: This Pinot Noir, made in a style reminiscent of Burgundy, offers bright, ripe cherries and deep earthy flavors with spice, subtle oak and delicate texture.
